根据中国信息与通信研究院统计，2018年，全球有38个国家数字经济增速显著高于同期GDP增速，其中中国数字经济规模达31.3万亿元，增速达13.9%。在数字经济时代，面向海量数据构筑数据基础设施是推动各行业拥抱数字经济浪潮的关键举措之一。数据基础设施包括数据采集与感知、数据存储、计算与网络、数字能源、数据处理、数据使能和全生命周期数据管理等。周跃峰表示，华为将聚焦核心能力构建，与生态合作伙伴一起构筑***的数据基础设施。

瞄准共建数据基础设施，华为提供的产品和解决方案主要包括：
◐数据存储：推出业界***的高性能OceanStor存储Dorado系列，以及面向海量数据的OceanStor存储Pacific系列。其中OceanStor存储Dorado系列提供2000万IOPS（Input/Output Operations Per Second）及0.1ms时延的超高性能，以及业界***的控制器容忍8坏7的超高可靠性，实现企业核心交易业务持续在线，业务零中断。
OceanStor存储Pacific系列，通过智能数据压缩算法创新，vNode硬件架构创新，块、文件、对象、Hadoop分布式文件系统（HDFS） 等多存储协议互通创新，以及存算分离等方案创新，实现30%的综合资源利用率提升以及高达62.5%的机房空间节省，让海量数据存储和处理成本更具优势。
◐数据管理：围绕数据存储的规划、建设、维护、优化，推出全生命周期数据管理系统（DMS），实现从资源发放到故障定位的全方位智能，使能数据存储管理的“自动化驾驶”。
围绕使能生态，华为携手合作伙伴提供智能生产交易、智能数据湖和智能边缘数据三大场景化数据基础设施解决方案。
